Day 2
CHAN – CHAN
AM : City Tour Visit : La Muralla Perimentral (Baluarte
Herrera), Square El Recreo, Archaeological Museum, Iturregui Palace, Emancipation´s
House, La Merced Church , Mariscal Orbegoso House, Calonge Urquiaga House, The
Cathedral , Mayorazgo House, Mayor Square.
PM : Tour to Chan – Chan
Visit to the Archaeological complex Chan Chan, visiting The Rainbow Temple or
ruins of the dragon, The Tschudi Palace, one of the nine better preserved cities,
the walls are decored with Friezes of high relief. We’ll visit the ceremonial squares,
granaries, templetes or hearings, funeral platform, finishing the visit in the fishermen’s
cove of Huanchaco, traditional fishing port where we could appreciate the ponies of Totora
(old Mochicas´ crafts).
Free Afternoon, advisable for visiting the market of handicraft and footwear.
Overnight in Trujillo.
Day 3
SUN AND MOON PYRAMIDS
AM : Continental Breakfast.
Excursion for the Moche Valley, visiting the Moche´s field, where we'll appreciate
the traditional ways of cultivating the land and the typical local gown. In this
field locates the highest mud brick’s
temple of America “The Sun and the Moon Temple”, which walls are adorned by
beautiful arabesques in high relief by motives of the mythology Mochica.
PM : Bus Trujillo / Chiclayo (03 hours approximately)

Day 4
TUCUME PYRAMIDS + ROYAL TOMBS MUSEUM
Continental Breakfast
Departure to Tucume in order to visit its archaeological complex,
famous for its pyramids and terraces that surround in radial form
the mountain, traditionally called as Purgatory or the Stripe.
It´s possible to estimate from 24 to 26 pyramids that cover an extension
of 49 km2, among them Huaca The Stakes, Viewing-point, etc. The great advance
developed in fishing, trade and agricultural activities. Later We’ll move to
Lambayeque to visit the new and modern Museum of Sipan Tombs, which has ten
rooms of exhibition in all its tour, where will be observed The Treasures of Sipan
Lord,a great collection of golden, silver and copper objects.
Appreciate the Saint Pedro Church, the largest balcony in Peru, The Mayor Square. Dessert Stores.
Overnight in Chiclayo.
Day 5
THE LORD OF SIPAN

Am We’ll move to Huaca Rajada to 33 km to
the east of Chiclayo and to 2kms of the Sipan´s Village, where has
been found the intact tomb of an elite personage that has been named
THE LORD OF SIPAN (Moche 200 to 700 A.C.)
The sumptuosity of its ornaments, and the high degree of its technological
development in the work with the gold, make it to be considered the most
important archaeological discover of the century. We’ll visit The Museum of Site (Place).
